Final Sale Policy
All purchases made through our store are considered final.
We do not accept standard returns or provide exchanges for reasons such as a change of mind, ordering the wrong size or variation, or no longer wanting the product.
An exception may only be considered when:
- The item arrives with a confirmed manufacturing or quality defect.
- The product is damaged when delivered.
- The item received is different from the product ordered.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
We are committed to maintaining appropriate product-quality standards. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us as soon as possible so that our team can review the situation.
Customers must inspect their package promptly after delivery. Any issue must be reported within 7 days from the recorded delivery date.
To submit a claim, email support@deernkeatonlab.com and provide:
- Your order number and the email address associated with the purchase.
- A clear explanation of the problem.
- Clear photographs or video showing the damage, defect, or incorrect product.
Claims submitted without sufficient supporting information may take longer to process or may not be eligible for approval.
Once the required information has been received, our support team will assess the claim individually. Depending on the circumstances and the evidence provided, an approved resolution may consist of:
- A replacement product.
- A partial reimbursement.
- A full reimbursement.
The appropriate outcome will be determined by our team after reviewing the specific details of the case.
Refund Processing
When a partial or full refund has been authorized, the approved amount will be returned to the original payment method used for the transaction.
Most approved refunds are reflected within 7–12 business days. However, the exact time required for the funds to appear may vary depending on the customer’s bank, card issuer, or payment provider.
We are unable to control processing delays caused by financial institutions after a refund has been issued.
Exchanges
We do not provide general product exchanges.
A replacement may only be arranged when an item is confirmed to have arrived damaged or defective and the related claim has been reviewed and approved by our support team.
Returns Without Prior Approval
Do not mail or ship a product back unless our customer service team has specifically instructed you to do so.
Before any return can be considered, you must contact us and complete the claim-review process. Returning an item without notifying us or receiving prior authorization does not create eligibility for a refund, replacement, or other form of compensation.
Unapproved packages may be refused, and we cannot guarantee that unauthorized returns will be received, stored, or sent back to the customer.
